Upgrade Pack is the closed marketplace where airlines and hotels make discounted upgrades available to an exclusive group of 'member' consumers. As a UI Designer, I have different responsibilities on our mobile app, web app and user management portal. I’m working closely with UX team, developers, product managers, marketing and commercial team. I also redesigned the company website to stretch the Upgrade Pack brand to the next level.
