I pre-select 10 pieces including clothing, accessories and shoes for the client to choose from, based on their online profile.
Once they have reviewed their initial selection, I complete a selection of 5 pieces to be sent to the client, sometimes taking over from a colleague.
I compose a personalised note including style advice as well as why the materials, fits, and colours will work for them.
I take on board client feedback from each checkout to improve future selections.

Deliver a personalised 1-1 service where I present the outfits to my clients for them to try on, while talking them through how to style each piece.

Complete follow up emails to recommend new arrivals.
