- The Kiltered Guide to Effective DE&II collaborated with Kiltered and Bristol Creative Industries to run a practical series of five bite-sized virtual sessions to set businesses on the right track with your diversity & inclusion efforts. We helped them make sense of what Diversity & Inclusion meant to their business, why it matters, and how to turn the conversation into action. We shared insights, tools and techniques to help them overcome any D&I fears and obstacles, before starting to develop their own plans.
- Designing for Diversity, Equity & InclusionI worked closely with Taxi Studio to design a bespoke programme that would create the space for everyone to talk about DE&I, understand fears and challenges, and evolve their strategy and ways of working to make progress with their efforts. I also ran specific 'Designing for DE&I sessions to encourage more conscious inclusion in their physical work'.
