Events Team Coordinator
Throughout my employment at Coca-Cola HBC I have worked within their events team, frequently taking the role as Team Leader, and most recently adopting the role of Events Team Manager, some of my duties included:
• Coordinated high profile countrywide events and campaigns, including Tennent’s Vital, NW200, The Olympic Torch Relay, World Police and Fire Games, ‘Share a coke’, Belfast City Marathon amongst others
• Working within the core marketing team to activate and leverage seasonal promotions, events and sampling activities across different brands, channels and departments
• Ensure a customer centric approach is incorporated into all events-related activities in collaboration with other departments and functions.
• Liaise with current vendors and manage existing and potential relationships with business stakeholders
• Compilation of feedback and return on investment (ROI) reports
• Monthly payroll responsibilities for 25 employees and cross departmental budget control using Microsoft Office tools, Office 365 and other commonly used computer systems

A hobby of mine is detailing cars, It takes a great amount of time, patience and perseverance; However to reflect on your work, and win multiple awards for it is what I enjoy most, having something to show for your time and effort. In many ways similar to a career.
