    My current position is as a Business Development Manager for Return On Investment (ROI). ROI is the UK's top Fleet Sales Solutions agency, providing a range of services all focused on helping motor manufacturers increase sales to both large national businesses and local dealerships. I currently manage 5 regional accounts for Kia motors across the country, 3 of which have the highest selling fleet sales for Kia Motors in the UK and are prolific key accounts for ROI . As a new starter I achieved the highest amount of sales on record for the company and as a result I was fast tracked into my position, I am now the highest performing BDM within the Kia team. The purpose of my role is to maintain current accounts whilst procuring new business opportunities for each of my clients. This is achieved by using a diverse skill set, examples being: cold calling, marketing, sales negotiation and the highest level of CRM management to ensure that each account is working to its full potential. ROI has taught me many things, mostly that a constant positive approach breeds constant and positive results. Alongside my role at ROI I have been included in the internal sales coaching accreditation. I have found this extremely rewarding for both me and the team, by guiding myself through self improvement and coaching new starters we have acquired a forensic, dynamic and unified approach. This has now lead me to pursue a recognised Sales Training and Coaching accreditation externally which has been part funded by the business and myself - I would want to continue to study and build upon this as my career progresses.

    Medics Recruitment International (MRI) was a startup venture, created in September 2016. MRI was designed as a solution to the demand for General Practitioners (GP) within the NHS and wider private health sector. The early business model was to recruit Eastern European doctors and place them into practices across the UK. Unfortunately, whilst preparing for 4 candidates registration into the UK, with revenue for the company of £80k, an unforeseen barrier arose in the registration process of EEA GPs, which was overlooked by the MD before the business was conceived. During my time at MRI, I was involved with decisions and processes that most people, at my age, are yet to encounter. The experience of assisting the setting up of a business has given me skills ranging from Market Research, Website Design, Business Development, Business Law, Data Administration, Human Resource Management, Marketing, Social Media Management along with building on the foundation of skills acquired from my previous roles in Sales. I believe that this role has matured my approach, not only to business but also with regards to my other interests. I was exposed to situations that can make or break a business on a daily basis, giving me an understanding about the power of knowledge, decision making, attitude and execution which I hope to use in developing my career.
