My dissertation was a research project called “Accent, and the Effects on an Individual When Misunderstood by a Voice Assistant”. The course I studied covered interaction design, accessibility, mixed-methods user research, conceptual and speculative design, data visualisation, prototyping, plus formative and summative evaluation techniques.
