Brand creation of a luxury residential development in central London. This role included brand identity, art direction, design for print, graphic design.
Brand creation, development and implementation for large scale, ambitious placemaking schemes. Projects included Here East, a 1.2m sq ft campus in London’s Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park and the redevelopment of Television Centre in White City, the former home of BBC television. Design of a broad scope of deliverables including, design for print, wayfinding, environmental and exhibition design. Working with strategy teams to create brands from the ground up through identity creation, art direction, design for print, digital and environment. Developed passion for art direction, collaborating with experts in the fields of photography and illustration.
Design of a digital timeline for premium insurance company Hiscox. I collaborated with a web developer to communicate the company's 113 year history also undertaking the design, curation and art direction of its content.
Undertook short-term freelance contracts at design and branding studios including: — DesignStudio — Ideas Factory — Landor — Studio Makgill — Studio Output Highlights included the design of an advertising campaign for Nokia Mixed Radio and the design of a visual language for a new classical music festival at the Barbican Centre.
I worked on branding projects spanning culture, property, fashion and commerce, designing a range of printed collateral for 2D, 3D and digital environments that include brochure and invitation design, exhibition graphics, photographic art direction, product design, packaging and web design. Highlights included the design of a range of material for the international design fair Design Miami/Basel 2012 and 2013; roll out of the brand identity for a new art and design quarter, Miami Design District; creation of packaging graphics and guidelines for British designer Tom Dixon and the design of a set of digitally etched brass bookmarks and packaging for Tom Dixon Eclectic; and the roll-out of a new brand identity and exhibition for design for international paper supplier G.F. Smith.
Contributed to high-end luxury projects for iconic department store Harvey Nichols and fashion brand Mulberry.
