Arbor is an enterprise grade data and analytics platform for schools that allows schools to make sense of the huge quantity of data they have to deal with. Education is an incredibly tricky market, so I’ve learned a great deal here about how to thrive in an adverse climate.
Key responsibilities:
•- Leading development on two of Arbor’s flagship product from conception to the market
- Gathered requirements from users and designed wireframes and work flows to create a unique solution to our user’s problems
-Set strategy for sales and marketing with owning the marketing personas and segmentation used to direct messaging
- Created video marketing and support content for all of my products
- Led commercially on my product setting pricing and pitching to large clients
- Effectively led a dispersed development team based in the UK and Belgrade
