- Freelance Promoter / Events MGMTSince 2008 I have been involved in music events. I started out as a flyer boy for a nightclub and within two years was Event Managing and programming for 3 nightclubs at once. Below is a list of my day to day activities. Working to print and event deadlines, building concise itineraries, artist liaison, tour mgmt, handling large amounts of petty cash, invoicing, hotel and transport bookings, stage mgmt, on the street and digital promotional campaigns, choosing running order and dealing with rider arrangements while delegating to production crew, promo teams and venue staff. I programmed and maintained 3 venue events calendars, these ran 7 days a week totaling approximately 80 events a month. Many times I ran 3 simultaneous events at once, maintaining social media brand awareness.
