  • Managing PRCA's matching service. Helping clients such Morrison, Tomy and Harrods find a PR and Communciations agency. My time is also split project managing PRCA's new website.

  • Project Managing PRCA new website. Working with design and development agency to develop a new website. I use platforms such as Basecamp and Jira to manage the relationship between the agency and PRCA. Organise meetings Finalising and signing off • Making sure internal staff are scheduled for meetings and that information required is clearly captured and documented • Communicating actions, progress and requirements to the business • Getting hold of people when needed to help map requirements • Helping specify and review suggestions with the team • Holding meetings to review existing content - what stays what goes • Ensuring the website maps the member and visitors journeys • Working with the agency - regular calls, progress meetings and variance monitoring • Working with all parties to make sure progress in development and design works • Regular update briefings for all stakeholders • Monthly review with department heads that progress is being made and objectives being achieved
