Working with a website development agency to create a new website and brand for the biggest PR and communications trade association in Europe. • Identified key issues of the website for stakeholders and presented findings in the tender. • Worked with the agency to develop a Project Initiation Document and functional specification to clearly define the project plans. • Used Excel to produce Gantt Charts for management to easily understand the phases and epics of the project. • Managed project teams, both internally and externally through project management software: Basecamp and Jira. • Monthly meetings with the website team where I took minutes on project status for reporting to management. • Successfully launched the new website and CRM system, assessing what went well and the lessons learnt.
