I have just completed the season working at an incredibly busy bar in Niseko, Japan. A high level of cocktail, whiskey, craft beer and spirit knowledge was expected. Most nights the bar was completely full especially during our organised events and when we collaborated with Red Bull. The season allowed me to develop my cocktail skills and some I made where even put on the menu.

At University, I worked as a tour rep for NUCO. My main duties included escorting large groups of students on outward bound travel to their ski resort; organising entertainment and activities when in resort; dealing with customer inquiries and complaints; liaison with local suppliers and escorting groups back to their universities.
I am very proud of my success in managing the conflicting needs and expectations of the students and local suppliers; in getting consistently excellent feedback from my manager and the committees and knowing I made a positive impact on their holiday.
