    Senior Operations Executive
    Jan 13 - SENIOR OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE Present CLARION EVENTS LTD ? In January 2013 I was promoted to Senior Operations Executive and made responsible for the Antiques for Everyone portfolio, consisting of 3 show per year, as well as the Luxury Travel Fair, Mortgage Business Expo, Stanfords Travel Writers Festival, Destinations Manchester and Destinations London, which attracted over 25,000 and 37,000 visitors respectively. ? I was required to coordinate the Sales and Marketing teams as well as project manage the design, build and delivery of the shows and features. ? Sole responsibility for setting and forecasting 8 event budgets throughout the year. ? Management of the Operations Executive. ?Full responsibility of Health and Safety of staff, exhibitors and visiting public during the shows. Sept 11 - OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE Jan 13 CLARION EVENTS LTD ? In September 2011 I was promoted to oversee the launch of Clarion’s new events portfolio at the launch exhibition center, Glow, Bluewater. ?I assisted with the management, planning and organisation of 4 launch exhibitions: The Spirit of Christmas Bluewater, Festive Food Fair, Last Minute Gift Fair and The Wedding Fair as well as 1 major live event – Christmas in New York – New York City themed ice skating experience, which attracted over 250,000 visitors. My roles required me to constantly liaise with the Venue Managers and Contractors to ensure the smooth running of the launch events while assisting exhibitors with any queries and issues. ?My duties consisted of signage and floorplan design, managing event budgets, assisting with design and implementation of feature areas. ?From May 2012 I assisted with the Spirit of Summer Fair which led to me being solely responsible for managing the 2012 Luxury Travel Fair. Sept 10 - OPERATIONS ASSISTANT Sept 11 CLARION EVENTS LTD ?Assisting the Operations Manager with the organising and running of Clarion Events Trade Shows and Exhibitions such as Top Drawer, ICE and Pulse. ?Writing and updating the exhibitor manuals and assisting with floorplan design. ?Recruiting and managing over 20 volunteers for the launch of Clarion’s new film event, Empire Presents Big Screen, at the O2, London.

    April 10 - SUSTAINABILITY EXECUTIVE Aug 10 FARNBOROUGH INTERNATIONAL LTD 5 MONTH CONTRACT in the lead time to the AIRSHOW ?Assisting the Head of Operations with the running of the 2010 Farnborough International Airshow ? Sole responsibility for implementation of Sustainable practices and policies within the Organisation and the Airshow. ?Managing the waste management and recycling programme. ?Sole responsibility for the management of golf buggies and radio system. Sept 09 - UNIVERSITY WORK PLACEMENT March 10 FARNBOROUGH INTERNATIONAL LTD ? Implementation of Sustainability practices and BS8901 within FIL, the 2010 Farnborough International Airshow, and FIVE - Farnborough International Venue and Events as part of my final year placement and dissertation project.
