I have been working in the Creative & Cultural industries for the last 15 years, ranging from music, entertainment and events to the travel business, through communication and design. As a native digital, I feel comfortable working in different environments and using a wide range of tools and strategies. Over the last years, I have been employed on a wide range of projects, from complex entities to more simple duties, from business concept to design, development and deployment. I can work alone as well as in team towards a common goal. I am passionate and have a curious interest in graphic design, photography and aesthetics in general. That allowed me to develop graphic design skills as well as build branding & art direction projects, working closely with established international illustrators, designers and photographers. I have top experience in planning and producing music events, from budgeting to bookings, from tech advancing to stage management and artist liaison, marketing, promotion, ticketing, strategic pricing, customer support, budgeting and reporting. I consider myself a strategic thinker, especially when it comes to communication and branding, identifying strength & weaknesses, opportunities and threats when working on communication plans & branding. I have relevant skills in digital marketing and social media, as well as web development, with a focus on Wordpress. Being fluent in both English and Italian allows me to translate between the two as well as taking care of copywriting and content.
