Manage the overall operations of the club in order to have it running smoothly. In addition, an opportunity within the club was identified for a collection of garments designed and tailored for the staff and members within the private members club. I undertook the role of key account manager for this project and delivered a successful collaboration with Ralph Lauren.
Primarily focused on development of client relationships and account management. My role was key contact for some of the largest international clients. Being strong and confident with multi-cultural cliental was essential for the role. Clients: Coca Cola, First Data, Commonwealth Bank, Jefferies, SunGard UK
Face-to-face client relations role with 200 client visits per month. The role involved going to sites and encouraging sales whilst presenting current promotions to push for higher sales targets. Gaining new business and target pushing were essential whilst developing and creating strong client relations.
Final classification of distinction. Finished in top three of the class and was chosen to represent the course at the College of the Arts 15 exhibition.
