● Project Planning: I routinely create, update and monitor and manage multiple events as part of various projects, tracking critical paths, milestones and dependencies making sure that projects and tasks are on course
● Resourcing & Reporting: I research and book acts for performances at the charity which includes liaising with the talents, scheduling for the team involved, summary report after the event covering milestones and highlights
● Stakeholder management: Working with different stakeholders, including the leaders of the charity, the Press teams and Venues, establishing effective and consistent monitoring of operations within each project.
● Managing and maintaining programme plans, RAID Logs and monitoring progress against the set targets.
● Budget tracking: Liasing with the finance team and project managers to ensure that each project is within
the set budget, checking forecasts versus variance and ensuring variance is justified and recorded.
● Event Management: Ensuring every event has the right team in place to handle content creation, event
capture, Sound and visual media
● Implementing Strategy: Managing the process, from Creation of Music and Video, to release and
distribution.
● Effective liaising with change managers and configuration management by ensuring decisions are recorded,
risks and issues documented.
● Managing project work flow charts, processes and policies for the team.
● Managing weekly meetings: Maintaining and updating the Risk, Action and Issue Logs, making sure that
Risks and Issues are assigned for mitigating actions. Review Actions and chase owners for completion.
● Governance: interpreting and articulating policies and process guidelines to ensure compliance and
standard control of work streams within the program, supporting the Program Manager to ensure that
activity and project plan is in line with the governing standards.
● Sharing documentation with the team and managing documents from project start to finish.
● Support program managers on identifying, documenting and managing inter-project dependencies.
● Support program manager when required for any ad hoc tasks.

● Marketing Strategy: Setting out the goals and projections and KPIs for each campaign
● SEO Analytics: Working with data to optimise the visibility of campaigns and projects.
● Social Media Campaigns: Making use of advanced Advert Campaigns and running Ads to relevant lists
● Copywriting: Creating compelling copy, in line with the brand, to accompany all the content
● CRM: Good understanding of CRM practices and employing basic CRM principles in managing a growing
customer base
● Event Coordination: Booking shows and tours for the artist(s) including coordinating the promotion pre-event
and post event, hiring personnel, building a team of professionals for each project
● Building and Maintaining Lists: Using relevant criteria to build several target audiences for Social Media and
Emails
● Reporting: Compiling detailed reports to support and analysing the results to refine the campaigns for future
releases and projects. Regularly digging into the data sets from Google analytics, Facebook, Instagram and
LinkedIn
● Design: Using Canva, Adobe Suite, Final Cut Pro, Microsoft Office to create relevant media and graphics to
suit the content.
● Admin tasks and also assisted with creation and maintenance of project deliverables.
● Strategy: Working and reworking Strategy to meet the KPIs
● Evaluated project status and performance against set targets
● Ensured that the weekly and monthly project progress updates is validated for accuracy prior to the close of each project for ease of use in future.
