About me

Miguel is an animator and illustrator based in London. He loves to create new characters in all sorts of interesting situations He studied at IADE in Lisbon where he got his bachelor in Graphic Design, he kept improving and learning new techniques continuing his studies in schools like ETIC, SNBA, Odd School, Escape Studios where he studied from Multimedia to live drawing, After Effects, Cinema 4D, Z-brush and Nuke Compositing. He is comfortable working in a team or individually, every commission he gets he puts his heart and determination in to. He starts his projects with sketches to determine the direction of creative ideas doing storyboards, 2d and 3d concept, modeling, texturing animating, and compositing, covering all steps of the creative process. His daily software is Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Cinema 4D, Redshift, and Zbrush.
