    Overcoming (2023) Film PosterThis poster was created for the film 'Overcoming' (2023), which focuses on the 20th anniversary of the opening of crossing points in Cyprus. Overcoming tells the inspiring story of Cypriot women, LGBTQ+ Cypriots, and antimilitarist cismen challenging militarism and gender norms. Directed by Besire Paralik and Firuzan Nalbantoğlu.

As an alternative to the original, the goal of this redesign was to highlight the variety of textiles across the region while showing ourselves in a timeless painting.
