Millie is the lead designer at Aday. Her role includes leading the product design with one of her main focuses being the brand's environmental impact from responsible sourcing, transparency, fabric development and supplier audits. Millie is an advocate for timeless and innovative design and building a brand that puts people & planet first. She has spoken at a number of events including New York Women Social Entrepreneurs, Virtual Conscious festival, NYC Fashion and Sustainability Summit and a number of direct-to-consumer, brand building + sustainability-focused events.
