Candidate Sourcing and Processing: • Developed relationships to fully understand what a candidate is looking for. As I focused primarily permanent recruitment, candidates have many factors to consider when moving positions which can be difficult to manage. • Experienced managing and hiring contractors for many of my clients. Some candidates joined as a contractor and progressed to a permanent member of staff. • To effectively ‘sell’ my client whilst ensuring the candidate is truly interested in joining the organisation. • It is essential to meet all candidates, which developed my confidence and accuracy in face to face meetings, a hugely transferrable skill. • Strong understanding of working with data and complying to GDPR legislation. Additional duties: • Responsible for the company’s social media platforms • Contract management for new and existing clients including technical systems for payments and onboarding. • Developed my specialism of Health Economics Outcomes Research and Market Access to build an established network across Europe, this allowed me to work with many different cultures and understand how to adapt my way of working. • Experienced with data entry and maintaining CRM system Salesforce. • Responsible for the management and development of two direct reports. • Successfully achieved and exceeded targets which were reflective of my business development and candidate control.
