Current role includes opening and closing the shop on a day to day basis. Dealing with an array of different customers every day and helping identify their needs, whether that be helping with different fits of clothes to product knowledge. I also assist on the buys for the shop most recently A/W19 at brands such as Paul Smith. Alongside a sales role and a buying role I often write product descriptions for menswear and womenswear on the website.
