User researcher in public sector with a background in cultural and medical anthropology. User research combines a interest in technology and its impact on societies with my passion for people's stories.
Experience in planning, designing, conducting and moderating interviews and focus groups, analysing data, presenting insights both in forms of "show and tells" and reports. Promoting a user-centred design approach to build better services.

As user researcher, part of the Croydon Digital Service team. I worked in various CDS projects of enchaining the borough digital services.
• Lead researcher of the council website redesign project. I plan user research activities following GDS standards, in order to successfully deliver the content transition of the council website using different user research methods.
• Lead researcher on the Minster of Housing, Communities and Local Government funded discovery project “Cross local government user research” involving Hackney Council, Hertfordshire County Council, Essex County Council and Kent County Council. I conduct and moderate experience mapping research sessions both with council staff and external users.
