I was responsible for creating & maintaining the brand voice for three venues, as well as conceptualising and executing tent-pole events throughout the year.
Tasks included:
- Facebook/instagram/twitter- creating assets,; digitally advertising via collected data as well as tailoring online audiences.
- Website maintenance- writing and updating copy; keeping photography and general aesthetic fresh, and reflective of the venue experience; making sure all processes are smooth and user-friendly, as well as aesthetically pleasing.
- Garnering relationships with bloggers/instagrammers, inviting in when appropriate.
- Writing copy for, and creating regular mailers, as well as any auto-mailers- birthdays/guestlist/booking confirmations etc.
- Working closely with designers to create all food and drinks menus, flyers, and any other in-house print.

I was responsible for increasing weekly revenue at three sites (which collectively bring in over £350k a week) as well as managing the promotional budget and keeping costs of entertainment under 9%.
Tasks include:
- Overall responsibility for the diary & programming of all events
- Maintaining social voice and creating diverse event content across all media platforms
- Managing digital marketing campaigns, using collected data as well as tailoring online audiences
- Developing creative campaigns to sell events and provide audiences with a narrative to emotionally invest in the brand and create loyalty
- Creating and developing relationships with managers, agents and artists to aid programming.
