* A proven ability to develop projects from inception through production to final delivery, ensuring that all work is effective, appropriate and delivered within agreed timescale and budget.
* Responsible for all aspects of photography deliverables when completing various commissions ranging from commercial through editorial, advertorial, or product photography.
* Maintaining all operational aspects of production including workflow, timelines, budget tracking.
* Working in the studio or on location capturing and interpreting clients' vision and following set briefs.
* Technical understanding and use of wide range of studio lighting equipment.
* Working closely with production teams (art directors, editors, stylists) to ensure the high quality of imagery is achieved in line with the set briefs and deadlines.
* Having experienced working for eCommerce, product and still life imagery. Setting up and arranging products inline with the aesthetics of the brand, photographing, editing, and retouching images for web and high-resolution prints.
* Proficient in using Capture One, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign
* Brainstorming, researching, collecting information and imagery to create mood boards
* Capable to lead and motivate with good attention to detail and ability to take ownership and responsibility for projects.
