With over 4 years’ experience in competitive events and customer service environments, I am a passionate and ambitious individual with a commercial mindset, driven by delivering large-scale events and growing relationships. A results-driven attitude, reliable, punctual, and hardworking, I have a strong event management and client relationship-building background. Having been one of the initial team members of a rapidly growing start-up, I’ve been heavily involved in all aspects of the business, from managing large budget events (£100k+) to winning new business with a multi-functional team. This has allowed me to gain knowledge into the inner workings of a growing business and extensive experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and managing client databases, while gaining knowledge working and managing relationships with blue chip clients.
