I am a highly motivated, and enthusiastic team player who has had the opportunity to push myself to further my skill set in my first two years within industry being part of a start up business.
I have a commercial eye across multi product categories, and created exciting trend driven pieces within monthly balanced ranges. My positive and approachable demeanour enables me to work very well in a creative team. I am extremely motivated and driven to develop and expand my design skills that a new position will offer.

-Acting Junior designer in recent months taking on sole responsibility of jersey development across Core and Plus within LOST INK
-Presented ideas and emerging themes to the Head of Design in weekly team meetings
-Researched trend direction within focused categories directed towards the LOST INK target customer profile, from diverse resources. Adapting inspirations to suit the PLUS consumer
-Developed my skills in technical drawings to deliver accurate specs that clearly communicate concepts to global suppliers in China, India, Europe and the UK.
-Created embellishment and print repeat designs to be used across LOST INK core and PLUS departments
-Curated company sourcing packs of imagery and swatches for seasonal fabrications and trims
-Through operating a fabric filing system I have broadened my fabric knowledge to enable strong choices for design proposals
-Communicated daily with the buying team to ensure we deliver a balanced and dynamic collection, participating in weekly design catch ups and monthly range building meetings
-Worked closely with Garment Tech support to strengthen my knowledge of commercial construction. Through both observation and leading first comments on my design prototypes fits.
-Developed my CAD skills further to be proficient in illustrator and photoshop. Designing garments through both illustrator and hand sketching.
-Managed Lost ink Plus social media platforms.
