    Responsible for all social media profiles and content output for the branding agency, involving but not excluding: - Social media report creation - including the creation and presentation of quarterly social media reviews, social media recommendation reports and competitor analyses. - Implementing a publishing schedule and weekly content calendar. - Curating original owned content and content published by third-party publishers. - Maintenance of the agency's brand guidelines, distinct tone of voice and business goals whilst publishing fun, engaging content. - Collaboration with the design team to create appealing visuals in line with content – both for social posts and long-form content. - Ideation and implementation of internal campaigns for charity and keynote events. - Ghost-writer for all long-form blog posts in 2017 and onwards – the process involves interviewing the desired author on their preferred topic, recommending key points and arguments, writing the post and working with senior members of the content team to review. - After blog posts are written, also responsible for promotion across all social media channels (including other publishing platforms such as Medium and LinkedIn Pulse) in formats that optimise engagement. A key member of internal committees: - Manager of the "Who the F?" committee whose aim is to get the agency's name out there - lead and created the 2018 kickoff session and responsible for allocation of key responsibilities. I also research content opportunities in this realm - such as PR hooks, direction for thought leadership pieces and networking opportunities. - Member of the Social and Cultural Committee - responsible for coordinating in office social events and boosting employee morale through Friday and lunchtime activities. Also responsible for the coordination of the "Give an F about..." speaker series. I also assist the content team on client briefs where needed: - Canton: wrote packaging copy for the premier tea company’s rebrand and a deck for a potential hospitality partnership. Also, created a social media recommendations report in line with the new rebrand. - IBM (UK and US): written event brochures, infographics, social media tiles and posts (both for IBM’s internal social platform and their public social media channels), emails and slide shares. - Worked on decks and pitches for high-profile prospect clients - such as Deloitte, Chivas Brothers and The Japan House.
