Molly was responsible for telling stories of the 2,500 Googlers across 115 geographies both internally and externally. In addition she worked in key strategic geographies in Israel to run the PR campaign to elevate Cloud’s media presence in Israel during the launch of a new data centre, which grew media footprint and recognition in key tech titles in the country. ● Alongside this, Molly ran crisis communications for Cloud in Poland during the Russia-Ukraine war which included the visit of Google’s CEO, Sundar Pichai.

Molly positioned the YouTube EMEA business strategy across 115 geographies to 400 YouTubers in a creative and compelling way whilst partnering and strategically profiling the YouTube Vice President of EMEA.
● During her time at YouTube she spearheaded a creative rehaul of internal communications and delivered a virtual Ibiza Summer Party ‘headlined’ by a popular UK DJ, Pete Tong. Alongside this she launched a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion monthly speaker series with some of the biggest names in pop culture in Europe including MNEK. Resulting in an average of 1,000 views per session.
● She also delivered the YouTube PR campaign for the 2021 Tokyo Olympics resulting in weeks long coverage in top entertainment titles.
