- Attending implementation meetings regarding upcoming exhibitions to plan out ranges of product to be sold through Tate shops
- Curated the entire product range for Red Star Over Russia
- Produced a small range using a Barbara Kruger artwork - working with the artist to ensure my ideas fitted her aesthetic
- Selected 10 new jewellery ranges working from a budget, assessing past sales and discontinuing some line to make room for more commercial pieces
- Attended floor walks with retail staff to gain knowledge on customer experience and stock / display queries
- Spoken on behalf of the Merchandise team at company and retail meetings
- Attended design-led trade shows and exhibitions to spot designers Tate could work with and met with existing designer, Laura Slater regarding her bespoke range
- Re-sourced existing products to increase margins
- Involved in the buying in process as well as developed products
- Addressed issues with outdated ways of performing admin tasks at Tate and put together information packs to ensure a more seamless way of working
- Attended training courses provided by Tate
- Contributed enthusiastically to the Online + Merchandising teams using my experience from Firebox.com
