    Achievements: • Merchandised the site for MOO’s 2019 Cyber Week, which in one day drove £819k in revenue and became MOO’s record day. • Strengthened the relationship with Customer Services through a promise to hear and act upon direct customer feedback, backed up by monthly progress catch-ups.
