I am a dedicated individual with a passion for international business and politics. Currently an undergraduate student at The Open University, committing to continuous learning and self-improvement.
I pursued my education at the JCB Academy for GCSEs and A levels, followed by a Bachelor's degree from the University of Liverpool. Throughout school, I have achieved numerous certifications, including student of the year twice running. Basic proficiency in Mandarin, dedicating the expansion of my skill set and embracing languages and cultures. I have also undertaken various projects, showcasing my ability to apply knowledge in practical settings.
In terms of work experience, I’ve gained valuable insights and skills from roles in customer service and retail at institutions such as Premier Inn, Alton Towers, and Sainsbury's. Additionally, I have acquired hands-on experience in cleaning roles at EL Oils, Minster, and currently, The JCB Academy, showing strong work ethic in teams and versatility. Beyond professional endeavours, I have engaged in volunteer work with a mental health charity, animal shelters, and an elderly care/Alzheimer facility.
I also invest my spare time in personal development, undertaking courses to enhance my proficiency in Microsoft Office tools like PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, to continually improve, and to learn relevant technologies.
Overall, I am motivated to diversify my skill set and commit to learning constantly.
