Duties: -Management of the daily field production process for the documentary series -Set up of GoPros, ensuring the correct card was being used as well as the - correct time and date and ensuring the card was formatted every day. -Set up -of GoPro housings in correct positions and cabling of GoPros to battery packs. -Meticulous note taking of every call and movement of the crew throughout the day, logging all details of location, time, cameras on/off, patient details & later creating digital log notes. -Communicating to patients and their families purpose of filming -Explaining to patients and their families that their participation in the documentary series was to highlight the work of the paramedics rather than the focus being on the patient. -Backing up all footage and audio from SxS cards and SD cards to two master drives as well as to travel drives to be brought into the editors -Composing Data Wrangling notes, checking every clip for QC -Managing cash advances on the road, ensuring that crew received lunch, water, tea & coffee and that all receipts were kept to account for when drawing up petty cash sheets.
