I am a friendly and outgoing person with an exceptional work ethic and am an excellent communicator. I am a quick learner and am not afraid to take on challenges outside of my comfort zone. I am equally at home working within a team or as an individual and I can be trusted to deal with different social situations. I pride myself on being well organised and take responsibility seriously and will always remain reliable, flexible and committed.
As a huge theatre lover, I was always keen to find a role in the industry somehow. In November 2016, I applied for a trainee role in the Marketing Department at Chichester Festival Theatre and was offered a six month contract. During this time, I worked closely with the Director of Marketing, Marketing Manager, Marketing Officer, Audience Insight Manager and Head of Press. After three months, I was offered a permanent contract which I accepted. My role as the Communications Assistant includes daily tasks such as press cuttings, running various social media accounts, communications with customers via email and social media, ensuring that the Front Of House is stocked up with appropriate marketing material and running the theatre's 16-25 ticket scheme, Prologue.
During my time at Rhubarb Food, I worked as the Kitchen Manager for many of Goodwood's large events including various race days and The Goodwood Revival. My duties included hiring external chefs, managing their accommodation, making sure they were sent to the right kitchens on the event site and daily checks of the staff and their kitchens.
In December 2014 I was offered a role in a ski resort in the French Alps. As a keen skier I accepted and embarked on a new adventure to Courchevel 1850. During my time in the resort, I worked in a small chalet hotel which comfortably accommodated 60 guests. My role included serving breakfast and supper in the hotel's restaurant, cleaning guest's rooms, working on the hotel reception ensuring all guest's transfers and stays went smoothly and simple cooking on a day in for the guest's afternoon tea. Working in the hotel was demanding especially living in a different country for six months, but I am so grateful for the experience and feel that I have learnt a lot which I have taken to jobs since I have returned.
Over the past four years I have modelled for various promotional events and companies including Belstaff, Tag Heuer and The Goodwood Revival, Festival of Speed and 74th Members Meeting. I have also modelled on a number of catwalks for small boutiques outside of Goodwood.
