Short CourseCentral Saint Martins (UAL)

Short course in Silk Screen and hand painting for Textiles
Offering an introduction into silk screen printing, covering paper stencil and polychromatic screen printing techniques.
Polychromatic screen printing refers to the multiple use of colours, and is a technique used by working directly onto the silk screen using brushes, pipettes and soft mark-making. Have the opportunity to experiment through the application of dyes and the printing process using this technique.
By the end of the course I was able to have tried a variety of printing techniques, including polychromatic and paper stencilling, learnt how to mix print pastes and created my own set of silk screen designs.
