- Manage the social media accounts for Mei Leaf, AcuMedic, CMIR, Sinensis and Free My Skin. Regularly upload content to Instagram, Twitter, Facebook and Pinterest whilst dealing with customer service inquiries.
-Humanise the brand through all channels to increase engagement and make the brand more approachable.
- Liaise with sales/marketing executives from national magazines as well as influencers, establishing new relationships as well as nurturing existing ones.
- Contribute regular blog posts to Sinensis and Free My Skin, maintaining the house style.
- Competent use of Microsoft Office package, Hootsuite, Adobe InDesign and Photoshop, Wordpress and Google Analytics.

1st Class Honours Journalism

- NCTJ accredited course listed in the top 3 in the country.
- Undertook exams in order to gain an NCTJ Diploma in Journalism, these include; 100wpm Shorthand, Reporting, Essential Public Affairs, Essential Media Law and Regulation, Media Law Court Reporting and Visual Journalism, as well as completion of the portfolio.
- Gained good knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Premier Pro through working on various projects such as shooting and editing a two-minute video documentary and creating an industry-standard magazine.
- Worked in a group to form a public relations company. Our ideas were focused on a specific client. Reinforced the importance of good communication, research and creativity within the PR industry. Achieved a first for this unit.
- Projects such as Writing and Producing Magazines and Press and Public Relations advocated my independent approach to tasks where my creativity also flared. Achieved a first for this unit.

NCTJ Journalism Diploma
The NCTJ level 3 Diploma in Journalism is the qualification that editors look for when recruiting a trainee journalist. The qualification has four under-pinning values:
- To focus on the vital skills of finding and telling stories accurately and to deadline
- To reflect that most journalists work in a multimedia environment and that digital and
- ‘Traditional’ skills should be fully integrated and embedded in training and assessments
- To ensure the core essential skills are covered and assessed to a national standard, but with flexibility to specialise.
Achieved a grade C overall.
