Monika always strives to create an open and collaborative atmosphere on set to not only craft the best possible films, but also for everyone to enjoy the process.
She completed 2 TV features (BBC4 and Channel4) and multiple short films (some featuring in The Guardian) and various commercial projects. Her work has been selected at BAFTA-accredited festivals such as Aesthetica, Open City Doc, IDFA, Sheffield DocFest and the London Short Film Festival. Her films have won awards at LIFF2019 and the prestigious Film the House - Parliamentary award for Best UK Short.
She was a Juror at 2022 - BAFTA TV Craft Awards - Photography & Lighting: Fiction
