Work history

Problem Solver & ISS Lead

Jul 2011
  • I joined the Amazon 4 years ago as FC Associate at LTN1. After only a few months I progressed to an Ambassador where I have gained advantageous experience of coaching associates to work in a safe and productive way. After being an Ambassador I got an opportunity to develop even further and I was selected for away team to BHX1 and later to UUK1. I had a chance to learn and create new problem solve training plans for inbound and outbound process and support in training new associates and problem solvers. I helped with creating, reviewing and updating VSOP’s and assisting the team with the resolution of problems effecting associates within the area, also coached associates to work safely at all times. Working in a BHX1 and UUK1 environment was certainly valuable experience.
