Leading a dynamic team of Photographers, Stylists, and Co-ordinators, I drive creative strategy for e-commerce shoots, overseeing the capture of a diverse range of fashion and accessories spanning AI, model, and still life. In addition, I manage the end-to-end process for all creative briefs, including briefing a team, art direction, retouch, delivery, and feedback. Accountable for the entire image capture process, I ensure the seamless upload of approximately 300 products to the site per week.

Studio Strategy - pioneered the creative direction and production process for Fenwick's e-commerce shoots, covering photography, art direction, styling, retouch, sample management, and model casting plus overseeing a slick brand supplied imagery workflow.
Budgets - taking full ownership of the Studios' P&L, I forecast yearly budgets and meticulously track financials throughout the year, ensuring strategic fiscal management.
Automations - proactively identify areas for improvement in quality, efficiency, and workflow, implementing solutions to support daily KPIs and accommodate future volume increases.
Strategic Succession Planning - established the organisational chart for the studios, fostering an environment that encourages the team to achieve both their objectives and personal goals.
Cross-function Collaboration - collaborate seamlessly with Marketing, Trade, Brand, Buying, and Merch teams to deliver consistent newness, brand launches, and achieve key business objectives.
Brand Collaboration - directly liaise with brands to ensure the successful creation of assets during key launches, fostering strong partnerships.
Direct Reports - manage a team of 7 across different disciplines, driving regular successes and fostering a collaborative and goal-oriented team culture.

As an integral part of the ASOS team, I played a pivotal role in setting up the brand-new still life studios in Watford, working closely with the Studio Manager. This involved establishing processes for a hybrid working team, managing the shoot guide, and implementing innovative team processes, including the creation of a KPI tracker, new starter handbooks, and training plans.
Key Responsibilities
Scheduling - meticulously planned resources for daily BAU shoots, adeptly identifying gaps in creative resource and resolving them effectively to maintain seamless operations.
Budgets - acquired necessary equipment and props while carefully adhering to company budgets, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
Identifying Areas for Review - conducted comprehensive reviews, from processes to styling, photography, and lighting. Implemented creative ideas to enhance quality, efficiency, and workflow.
