    Studio Coordinator

o Use of my creative skills to capture images for the website. By understanding the brand, it became second nature to produce something that would benefit not only the website, but the product shot o Provision of creative input and suggestions when discussing upcoming shoots. I supply informed decisions to benefit each department, having conducted extensive research to ensure a satisfied outcome o Close work with suppliers, senior members of staff and Managing Directors to ensure every department is satisfied with the studio’s output o Improvement of the studio’s efficiency by generating at least one shoot each week instead of every three weeks, and by organising, troubleshooting and clearing the previous backlog built up from lack of maintenance o Design and creation of a shoot list, which refreshes after every week to maintain the samples in the studio. This list keeps everything flowing to avoid bulk build-up of samples that are no longer needed o Management of accounts, invoices and outputs for the studio and created a budget map that can be foreseen over the future months of shooting, ensuring we remain in budget and to calculate expense reports months at a time o General studio maintenance, ensuring that it is habitable and easy to use. This consistency generates an ‘on-hand’ aspect for every member of staff to access what they require easily and efficiently o Finding and acquiring samples to be used for upcoming shoots and social media o Dressing and styling the models with the thought of the company’s brand in mind as well as it following current trends o Generating a schedule to help guide the Retouching and Post Production team to help ensure priority in images and shoots o Extensive castings for models, researching locations and security restrictions and mood-boarding for creative meetings o Prioritising allocation samples and reporting back to senior staff to ensure all deadlines are met and surpassed o Working closely with the photographer during shoots to confirm we are selecting images with the highest quality and potential to be delivered to the website
