About me
I am a final year Social and Policy Sciences with Management undergraduate at the University of Bath. I have just completed 13 months in an industrial placement, as a Marketing Executive at Microsoft, and I am currently the Head of Marketing and Advertising at University Radio Bath.
I am currently seeking full time (graduate/junior) opportunities, with a start in July - September 2018, in the Marketing industry.

During my 13-month placement, I worked primarily with the Services Strategy Solution Managers and Services Executives to drive, land and execute campaigns and propositions, for achieving digital transformation with our target customers.
Responsibilities:
• I drove the Services ‘Social Selling Plan’, for delivering and positioning our Microsoft Services voice, by conducting internal readiness and enablement with Sales Navigator.
• Working with external agencies and internal stakeholders, to create customer-ready content and collateral.
• Managing and organising Services led events, tailoring the content for our target customers to generate warm leads.
• I was instrumental in a six month Premier Core Build Project, supporting our Account Aligned Delivery manager to hit and exceed our FY17 PCB target.
• Supporting our internal communications manager to produce and publish win and delivery wires, showcasing our biggest monetary and digital transformation deals including Spectris.
Delivery/Achievements:
• Delivered a Sales Navigator enablement session to 79 Services employees, and an industry specific workshop to 25 Digital Architects.
• Created flyers, a power point and brochure with the Retail, Comms & Media Chief Technology Officer and Article 10 agency - within a two-week deadline - to present to a top Retail company. This resulted in the first Services Artificial Intelligence Bots deal of $250K.
• Organised and managed Services led roundtables and meetings with our target customers – including a top manufacturing company - at Future Decoded – ‘Microsoft UK’s biggest event’ – directly generating $4.2M in Services leads.
• Working with the Premier Marketing lead, to manage and implement the first ‘Premier World Wide Incentive’, which generated $2.2M with an initial target of $2M and a spend of $38K.
• Working with a third party agency, I helped design the FY17 win and delivery wire templates, within a £1.5K budget.
