- The Park on KeeaumokuNan, Inc. is providing design-assist to an exciting new project in the heart of Honolulu. The Park on Keeaumoku is two-tower condo project featuring 972 residential units. The project is slated to be built on a 3.5 acre site bordered by Keeaumoku Street, Rycroft Street and Liona Street (near Walmart/Sam’s Club and just a few blocks mauka of Ala Moana Center).
- Kahuku Schools Drainage Improvements, Phase 2The Hawaii Department of Education has awarded Nan, Inc. a $6.95M contract to make drainage improvements at Kahuku High and Intermediate School, Kahuku, Oahu. The work includes: a. Installation of new underground infiltration basin under the athletic field b. Replace track and athletic field and provide track and field equipment c. Replace scoreboard d. New storage container e. New fencing and gates f. Grading and utility work
- UH Hilo Athletic Facilities UpgradesThe University of Hawaii at Hilo recently completed several renovations to its athletics facilities. The updates included a new soccer field, an updated softball field, new tennis courts and a multipurpose clubhouse complete with bathrooms and a concession area. “It’s a great new footprint for the university,” said UH-Hilo Director of Athletics Patrick Guillen. “Kids want to see the university is progressing, and these new facilities are definitely a sign of progress.” The roughly $5.3 millio

Work will be performed in Honolulu, Hawaii, with an estimated completion date of Sept. 12, 2025. Fiscal 2022 military construction, Army funds in the amount of $53,164,515 were obligated at the time of the award. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Honolulu, Hawaii, is the contracting activity.
