I report directly to the CEO as part of a team of other Bookings Managers, I have a wide range of responsibilities, which can include:
Establishing relationships with clients to provide excellent customer service
Resolving any problems that arise during the booking process, such as incorrect pricing or canceled reservations
Communicating with clients to ensure a positive experience with the company’s services
Ensuring that all financial transactions are processed accurately according to company policy
Managing the company’s online presence through social media platforms such as Facebook and Twitter
Coordinating promotional activities with other departments within the company such as sales or marketing
Researching customer and booking trends to identify opportunities to increase sales of certain products or services
Here, I have taken the opportunity to grow my skills within relationship building in order to pursue my career within account management and brand partnerships. I was made redundant from this role in February 2023.
