For this I must actively listen to customers, have a good knowledge of our footwear and technology, process sales and orders, work in the stock room, communicate via radio and make a great cup of tea.

I sent an irresistible email to managing director Darren Low who gave the the brilliant opportunity to try my writing in a commercial environment. I may have left still unable to work the coffee machine but I discovered how refreshing it can be to use my creative brain at work. I loved coming up withe concepts and slogans and improving flaccid copy. My day-job's hours increased otherwise I should have loved to stay. Being paid to write is my dream.
