        • Given the success of the 2018 programme, I have been invited to be part of the small core team delivering this years 'Age/ncy' at Tate Exchange in April. The programme will showcase the role of creativity and cultural engagement across the life course. Key responsibilities will include supporting participants and the drop-in public as they explore our workshops and in turn reflect on their experiences. Logistical support across the event. Capturing the event visual, and through written and verbal feedback. Leading on digital participation including social media and live web-casting.

        • Support ActionSpace artist Pardip Kapil during his site-specific installation ‘Pop-up Pardip’ primarily the Disco zone. Risk assessment and assisting with the installation and de-installation of the disco zone which consisted of an integral wooden structure as the frame. Providing support, enthusiasm and energy during specific zones as the intuitive production of the environments are continuously evolving. Supporting participants with learning difficulties to engage with the programme.

        • The 're:GENERATION' programme is focused on getting elderly isolated adults into the cultural space at Tate Exchange. Assist in the strategic development and delivery of the curation and project programme achieved attendance of over 1800 visitors across 4 days. Supporting the coordination with monthly meetings, sourcing props and providing technical advice. Liaising with Tate Exchange team and acting as a main point of contact for the invited organisations with queries and requirements. Reviewing risk assessments and supporting elderly participants during the various workshops.

        • ActionSpace artists returned to the Southside Shopping Centre for the last instalment from the Watch This Space series. The artists set up residency in an empty shop and developed site specific artworks over a 2-week period as part of the Wandsworth Arts Fringe. Supporting the artists whilst they are in residence. Transforming an empty shop unit with their art works and site specific installations ranging from artist Linda Bell's interactive sculptures to Nnena Kalu's methodological & systematically raw forms. Providing assistance and supervision during workshops. Logistical support prior and across the event. Assisting in the production of the programme planning.

        • Supporting artists during Tuesday's studio sessions and their individual creative practices specifically artist Chandrakant Patel. Assist during external events with the coordination and responsibilities to care for artists and participators with learning difficulties: Pardip Kapil's Pardip pop-up disco 2016, Nnena Kalu workshop for staff at The Wellcome Collection, London; Pop-up Pardip at Hidden Heathbrook for Wandsworth Fringe Festival, London; Royal Academy Friday Afternoon Club supporting the group around the 'Abstract Expressionism' exhibition as part of a guided tour also during the workshop led by ActionSpace artist Thompson Hall and RA staff. Awarded 'Volunteer of the month April 2017' following feedback from participants.

        • Maintain the stock inventory in a perfect condition ensuring an efficient and logical organisation of all stock rooms. Manage the delivery operations; preparing and replenishing stock efficiently and accurately resulting the reduction of loss by ensuring all stock is accounted for. Stock issues: Investigating manually and by using inventory software along with the preparation and supervision of stock takes. Communicating clearly across different departments the smooth running between back and front of house. Admin: Attention to detail with transferal paperwork and identify any discrepancies; ordering store supplies keeping within the monthly budget; and monitor store maintenance.
