Our goal with this scheme is to improve the representation of Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic (BAME) people in the film workforce (where just 3% of employees are from BAME backgrounds). The Film Exhibition, Distribution and Sales (FEDS) scheme is funded by Creative Skillset and carried out by the Independent Cinema Office, the Film Distributors Association and Film Export UK.
