I’ve facilitated the growth of digital design agency Huge in Europe, where it was previously unheard of. Accountable for Huge’s reputation in Europe, I'm responsible for a growth-oriented communications plan to maximise recruitment, new business and employee engagement, overseeing media relations, thought leadership and social media for the agency and its disciplines (technology, UX, visual design, client services, content strategy).

Driving media coverage, speaking opportunities, award submissions and regularly organising design industry events for over 100 delegates. I worked closely with client-side PR teams to generate media coverage for clients including Eurosport, Diageo, Samsung, Gucci and FatFace.
