About me

A creative and maker, with an eye for inspiring stories told through crafts. As an aspiring designer and maker, my passions intersect between the graphic arts and accessory designs. Mixing the 2 dimensional world of shapes and colors, with 3 dimensional forms and materials, however possible. I am a strong believer in this dualism in whatever brief is presented my way. I work best through pushing my ideas through research and systematic ideation, then actualizing them through a craft skill set I acquired through my years working at my family's leather atelier. Whether it is packaging design, a leather bag, or a branding assignment, I learned to continuously develop my ideas, start designing through hands, and never forget to have fun throughout the process.

Boutique design and advertising agency/Owning company of The Grand Factory: Performance and event venue, that hosts concerts, multi-social gatherings. I joined the studio as an intern, eventually leaving the studio as an art director. The studio hosted international DJs and performers weekly, my colleagues and I in the design department worked closely with the marketing team to create weekly collection of artworks for nearly all social media platforms. Banners, posters, tickets, promotional videos, set design, packaging design, merchandise development, were some of the tasks allocated for the design team.

Here To There is my Thesis project for my Bachelors degree. It consisted of creating a visual language for the dysfunctional public transport system in Lebanon. The project included a thorough study of 2 bus stops in Beirut. Then developing a bilingual and highly visual way-finding and signage system. The goal was to create a flexible language that is familiar to the users and would benefit them primarily.
