As a property manager it is my job to look after one of the most precious commodities a human can have. Their home. It is a sensitive job which exposes me to not only relationship management between Landlords and Tenants but also contract and business management when bringing on contractors. The ability to project manage is vital in order to ensure not only is the maintenance completed properly but also efficiently, to a budget and a timeframe. I also have the responsibility to manage the admin assistants working underneath me, ensuring that as a team we are the most effective as we can be.

Inside of this role I was tasked with B2B marketing. As a start up we had to reach companies in a different way than others. With out USP of a new era for Health and safety we were armed with the knowledge of our digital era to reach other businesses who had previously knocked health and safety off as being a hinderance. Through honest behind the scene videos to tons of online free resources I designed a strategy which allowed us to break down peoples prejudices.
