About me
Since fulfilling my role as Senior Copywriter for international clothing brand Trespass, I am determined to challenge myself in progressing further in both the creative and media industries. In order to demonstrate my personable, meticulous nature, can-do attitude and suitability for this position, I have chosen three words to describe myself: PURE, DEAD and BRILLIANT. PURE: I am pure in the sense that I am true to myself, my beliefs, my passions and most importantly, my creativity. I am always proud of the work I do, and if I’m not, then it’s not finished. I am perseverant and focused, with a strong sense of responsibility for myself and the people and situations that surround me. I am true to where my strengths lie, be that with efficiency as my adept multi-tasking, planning and organisation techniques allow me to flourish under pressure. My talents in both the spoken and written word enable effective communication as well as the production of stimulating content. I am purely me: just what you’re looking for. DEAD: I have always enjoyed a touch of irony, whether through the deadpan style of my creative writing and storytelling or through the juxtaposition of theme and form in my poetry. I am charismatic, confident, driven, and quite the opposite of dead: I am full of life. I am a quick learner and demonstrate open-mindedness, adding to my youthful outlook and enthusiastic nature. I thrive on new challenges, possessing forward-thinking and innovative ideas. I am dead good at anything I put my mind to. BRILLIANT: I am brilliant in all forms of the word. I am smart, quick-witted, entertaining and can’t wait to dazzle you with my work. I thoroughly enjoy expressing myself through the colourful way I dress, which complements my charismatic disposition and innate quality to bring people together. This provides for an entertaining and personable nature, and as such, would make me a brilliant asset to your workplace.
