- Blooming Good CoffeeI created Blooming Good Coffee as a side project to combine my love of coffee with e-commerce and design skills. Blooming Good Coffee sells a curated selection of coffee makers that are thoughtfully and beautifully designed by three top brands and Peckham roasted coffee from Old Spike. I curated the products, photographed and edited everything, created the social media account - including the Instagram stories image below - and designed the mailchimp emails. Joining at a pivotal time in the company’s shift from focusing on a “store first” approach to an online led marketplace, I worked directly with the Chief Commercial Officer and Creative Director to source and expand the range and diversity of independent brands on the platform.
In this role I was responsible for managing the onboarding process for new brands end to end, and during my time in this role we more than doubled the number of brands on the platform, and as a result increased revenues each quarter.
Day to day tasks included:
- Searching for and onboarding new designers to the website and in store, hitting quarterly targets
- Managing designers, giving technical and membership support
- Communication on the phone, in person and via email
- Approving product listings for website
- Booking meetings and phone calls for CCO and CD
- Managing & planning pop up/meet the maker events for brands in store
- Daily use of Excel, Trello, Groove, Slack and more
- Sending contracts via Right Signature
- Trained two customer service assistants
