Hello! I am the founder of the UK based hospitality initiative, L.O.R. (Ladies of Restaurants) who leads positive action that addresses the gender gap in hospitality. We support women who work in the industry through content, events, training and networking opportunities.
My background lies heavily in the food and drink industry, after working my way up from bar back through to marketing, PR and overall brand communication.
I love brainstorming exciting and creative ideas for my clients for specific campaigns, messaging, events, new launches, client entertaining and expansion plans.
While my passion and career lies heavily within hospitality, I love travel, art, language and the sea.

We are a UK-based collective for women working in restaurants, hotels, bars and all areas of the food & drink sector. Individually, we make the F&B business run; together, we make sure women get a fair shake.
We do this through hosting events, workshops, training and networking opportunities. We also create useful, inspiring content and encourage women to use our platform to share their own stories.
Our events take place across the UK (London, Manchester, Liverpool, Brighton, Edinburgh, Margate), and in 2019 we traveled to your first International city – Helsinki, Finland.
I look after the entire operation - content creation, website management, instagram, marketing, events, PR.

However, it was my time spent working in restaurants and hospitality that has given me a better education than any university degree.
